Amazing experience. Tony Watson, service advisor, worked some serious magic with the extensive repairs needed on my car. He was a great communicator, thorough, honest, friendly, and saved me a TON of money. I was so pleasantly surprised with the outcome. My car was immaculate, was a smoother ride, and all the problems were fixed better than I thought they would be. Would recommend without reservation. Tony is the best!
Service department the worst. My engine went on 1-95 had it towed here. My first mistake. I called immediately the next morning telling Teresa I need her to contact my warranty company so they will pay for a rental. 3 days went by. I had to pay for those days. I receive a text from her telling me I had to pay for two diagnostic charges. Your warranty company won’t pay for them. Ok. Give me an update on my new motor. I’m told my warranty company will only pay 12500.00. Audi wanted an additional 3000.00 from me. When I asked why she told me that there is a book that warranty companies use. Audi has its own book for fees. I told her to call the warranty company and negotiate with them. I know 8 months earlier I had to have the pistons replaced and it went over and they paid it. She did not call. After numerous text not being answered I decided to have the car towed to another repair shop. In the end my engine cost over 20000.00 and my warranty company paid. I had to pay Teresa the one diagnostic charge. I called the service manager no return call. They sent me a text about the service and I told them I was dissatisfied. They said someone would be in touch with me. I’m still waiting. I have all the text back and forth and when Teresa stopped answering them. Do not use this service center. Everyone else was nice. My technician need a training course in customer service. Please do not respond to call the manager. I already did, no return call. 2015 A4. Look it up continuously leaks oil. Bad engines. Google it. Adding this after owner responded. My 3rd party warranty was amazing and I now have a new engine. The only problem I had with them was the communication between your service department and them. Once I had it towed elsewhere it was fixed beyond my expectations. Sometime a 3rd warranty come thru. Mine definitely did. I would purchase this warranty again.
Worst audi in NJ definitely worst on the east coast, maybe the whole country? Theres a reason why no one buys cars from cherry hill, other audi dealerships in the area literally give you a deal when you buy from them that they’ll come get your car for service (even if they're located in PA /DE) just so you can avoid going to cherry hill lol! Ive never heard of that before until now bought 50+ cars in my life never from cherry hill when I’ve lived here my whole life that tells you all you need to know. They never get the job done! First review I’ve ever done because they're so bad.

Bought my Durango from Brian S he was excellent . After so many bad experiences with other dealers Brian and the finance manger Phil provided a refreshing experience. I would implore and advise you to get a new team of nicer and customer service oriented reps. Customer reps in the service area are very unpolite, if not rude and highly inefficient. They have a very bad attitude towards the customers. You have to call multiple times to get an answer (nobody answers the call). Sometimes your car is in for days for a simple service like, an oil change, and you would not get any feedback from them. Its super hard to get a loaner at your dealership and even if you reserve it, months in advance, they would not have it on the lot for you (how hard can that be), and would rather drop you at a car rental and leave you at their mercy which I think is highly uncourteous in my opinion.
Lastly, the food and coffee quality in your waiting area is pretty pathetic as well.
The lady that sits all the way to the left from the service entrance... rolled her eyes when I said I replaced the brakes. Not everyone that comes to the dealership to get service is incompetent to work on their own vehicle. It was very rude. Also I came here for a 75k service and I have a strong feeling they didn't check everything because my coolant was low. Which is very frustrating because that service is well over 700 dollars.
